Need multiple identities to subscribe to website: better get VCC, Entro,or something else?

I'd like to subscribe to a website offering each user/person a small money gift with multiple accounts, however they need an ID (wondering if they're ok with graphic skills from freelancers) and some form of payment/withdrawal for each.

Would it be easier to buy multiple VCC, create multiple entro*** accounts or would you suggest something else?
