Need mother child method tips for Twitter.

My setup is doing well so far, but I could always do better.

Multiprofile browser with 10 main profiles(mother accounts). Soon these will be up to 20 and eventually I'd like to scale these up to 40. Not all 40 will get the same attention. The original 10 will be considered tier 1, next 10 will be tier 2 and finally tier 3 for the remaining 20 accounts. I also have 37 child accounts so far which I'm looking to scale up to 200 by the end of this year.

I need tips on what to do with child accounts to increase their impact.

I have also noticed some people have much more success with less child accounts, but their child accounts are handled manually and have more reach on twitter which in turn gives their mother accounts more visibility. These account has better content so that obviously helps them too.
