Need More Specific Help with Paypal

I have one personal account

but I want to make 9 different others, and those accounts will be linked to another website that will get money, and I want the 9 different accounts to be able to transfer money to my personal account.
Well paypal limit my personal account ? Will they find out how many accounts I have? How doo I do this? Do I need a proxy?
Or do you think it'll be easier to buy them already set with a bank account and all
