So, I've tried a couple times with SEO Shark to support the advertisers here and I'm just not seeing results from it.

I'm looking for a monthly service that really works, hands free, without my need to babysit them to make sure I get my reports, etc.

PLEASE, just share services with proven results for you. Preferably under $100 a month.

If there are one off services that are really good at ranking a new site with an aged domain, let me know of those as well.

How long have you been subscribing to SEO Shark and which package are you subscribing to? :D I almost went for their Tiger package but I couldn't really handle a monthly subscription fee.
 
SEO service that works only UNDER 100$? PM me if you find one, I'll pay 200$.
 
Well you looking for SEO for less than $100 a month. Are you expecting what? Top 5 ranks for a big keyword? Have you try long tail keywords?

Why people think $100 is a lot? I spend $100 daily on lunch, diner and miscellaneous. Many ppl here gotta get more serious about their IM endeavors.

with 100$ / month, you better grab some good SEO tools and start doing SEO yourself
 
Rankings depends on many factors,competition,onpage seo, etc.But if you are looking for churn and burn,try some high pr networks provided here.
 
I just did the monthly $99 a month service.
These aren't for big keywords either honestly. Low to medium competition and local market targeted.

I used a service in the past that was $80 or something that really shot my page up in the first month but can't remember what it was! I'm kicking myself for losing it.

I know $100 isn't a lot in this world, but right now it's what I can afford. I'm just trying to help my wifes real estate site ranking in her local market.

This doesn't necessarily mean same service would work again. Since you are on a tight budget I'd advise getting a part-time VA. That budget would be sufficient enough to receive twice more quality work than paying same amount to a company/service handling multiple customers.

If you are not quite familiar with SEO, pay someone to build your strategy first and also audit it whenever needed, or periodically. Then delegate all tasks to your VA, train them properly, set your requirements correctly and you'll most likely see much better results this way.

Just my 2 cents...

If you are using BST services for a local site you are going to kill it.

You need a Local SEOist, not someone who goes out and builds links and blog posts. Local is different, and you are not going to find anyone who will do real estate for a measly $300 a month either.

I offer a SEO plan service where I create the seo plan each month and deliver it to my customers for them to implement. They do the work and I run reports each month and give them a new plan for the next month.

Even that is $149 a month. And that would be for a service business not a real estate business.

Seriously $100 a month is a budget for you to do it on your own, and it will be 6 months before you have the tools you need.

More than anything, quit promoting her site like an internet marketing site, you will kill it.
 
Bro, sometimes it's just about simple math. I'm not sure where you live but if your wife made *** 1 *** deal a year it would pay for itself. I am familiar with this market and besides competing against major companies, you are going against brokers who don't mind spending the cash. You need to either increase your knowledge or your budget if you want to survive. If you do a budget service, DO NOT be surprised when you get budget results..

I think TechXan said it right, you're going to kill the site with BST services. Those are MAINLY for churn and burn sites (sites you rank for in a short period of time and then throw away after a few months because Google penalizes the crap out of it). What you need is a legitimate local SEO consultant that know's what they're doing. That would cost at least $500 a month (my wholesale/re-seller rate). If you could rank sites for $80 bucks, Google would be doing a shitty job managing the search results!
