Need monetization suggestions for new blog

My mind is a blank.I've been trying for 2 days to come up with suitable affiliate banners to put on my new blog.But i'm not exactly sure what would be effective.Huge frustration for me.Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you need affiliate banners made or monetization ideas? If you need banners made I would just hire someone here or go to fiverr. As far as monetization ideas, I found these really helpful articles.
