hi the rate you have mentioned is too low
if you are looking for quality writers then you need to increase your price as well else you wont get a good writer at least in this forum

Of course the job is open...you will just be wasting your money if you think that you will get anything halfway decent at that price. There might be some indians that would write it for $5 or $6,5 but for quality you are looking at $8-10

My standard rate for low ballers: I can do the unique articles at your rate on a bulk basis (20 articles or more) in the form of manual re-writes only, and paid upfront. Existing samples available, but no live samples will be supplied. Also reserve the right to republish them months later as PLR or other format as I see fit. If you don't like these terms, PM me a variation on yours that equalizes the equation and makes it worth doing for both sides.
