Need Micro-niche wordpress site built - SEO / Adsense Optimized

I have a micro-niche already, but have no idea how to properly monetize the site. I want to use this niche because I can maintain this blog due to being interested in the subject matter, and I can continue to create content for it.

I need someone who can work with my micro-niche and guide me properly with it (changing it slightly if necessary), as well as help me build the blog with a nice WP theme with a high CTR, and monetize/optimize it properly.
