Need method to find google banned websites

Any software or method to find Google banned (penalty) websites.

By banned, I guess you mean manual action.

This being said, if there are no pages in G with a site:mydomain search, this might be a banned domain. So if you want to register one like that, either stay away from it, OR pay up but be prepared to get a bad one (like a 50-50 chance).

If you talk about algorithmic penalty, I doubt there is any tool for that due to the complexities involved. (I'd really love someone here to prove me wrong...)

Yes I;m talking about penalty and manual action (de-index all pages).
Maybe there is some tools to see traffic drop?
Or maybe tool to show high metric domain with DA/PA etc and 0 index pages on google.
