I was afraid of this. I had a PayPal premier account for over 3 years. Perfect.
Then I opened another account and starting selling items on Ebay. No problems then WHAM limited account with over $1500 sitting in there. The would not remove my limitation, so I sued them. They offered to settle out of court and not pay my court costs. I told them not good enough. My court date is May 5th.
Today, they ban my Premier account saying it is link to the other. I process thousands of dollars monthly. I will sue them for this too.
Bottom line is I need a merchant account. I am in the USA. I have terrible personal credit but I do have an official L.L.C. and a EIN number ready to go.
Where can I get a reliable merchant account fast? Any advice appreciated.
