Need Master Advice from the Gurus

Hi All,
I just start my own business with my bestfriend, we wanna start technology and computer related business such as Website development, Software Development, Kiosk Manufacture,PC OEM, Netbook OEM, and maybe some smartphone OEM, we import all OEM products from china and put our brand on that. and form the marketing we use Conventional Offline Marketing, and Online mareting, i just get more than 7million Cellphones Number + emaills + Names from some "bad activities"(you know what i mean, it forbiden to talk here)". i just wanna ask som advice, if i use that things to promote my new business like direct spamming emails, or text messages did it would made my business name going down?? or you just have any advice /suggestion for the another online marketing strategy??

note: just forget about PPC or any online advertising

Depends on where you're located, but if you disclose your business details it might end up with a lawsuit. Spam is illegal in some countries, you know.

I think that no Laws in my country that againts email marketing, advertising distribution, but i just think what would people think? just in case for example you get my text message or emails that show promotion of my products, did you feel annoyed? or you will go find more about my products?

If your making money and not breaking laws . It shouldn't matter what people think.

ok it was a good answer, did any advice how to attract more people with email ads, or sms ads?? any good resources?? i really noobs in marketing
