Need Massroots Bot Created/Developed

Hello, I need someone to develop a working Massroots bot. It has to be able to follow most importantly, but also it would be good if it could like, comment, post, and have basically similar features to what IG bots have. If you can provide this, please give an estimate of how long this will take to do. Also, there needs to be some support through Skype just incase the bot doesn't work. Has to be able to work on Windows OS, but also would be a bonus if there would be a Mac version. Thanks.

If this have a web version it could take about 5 hours to code.
If you need database and .ini configurations it might take 10 hours, in order to save all you have done in activity.
I can custom code it for a small fee and sell it to the community, else I can charge and not sell to the community. Your call.
