There are many different email-sending web-services out there that let you send a small quantity of messages for free. If you bother looking for several of them you'll arrive to 2000 per day. All for free. You need just to fractionate your mailing-list.

Use Atomic Email Sender or any other bulk mailer with Mailgun to send 10k emails free every month.
You may create multiple accounts to increase the limit!

if someone looking for webmail-based (user-emulation software) solution - PM/skype me, have my own.
able to send up to 5 000 000 per day, depends mainly on your resources (mainly proxies amount)
do not require 25 port to be open

I think you should have to try SendBlaster tool.
It is a free software for sending emails easily and efficiently. I'm not sure about it's rate of sending emails per day but I hope it'll be reliable for you.
