Need marketing system developer

I'm looking for a freelancer that can create an advanced marketing system.
I'm capable of adding most of the content on the pages but need help with the back-end and referral link database storage.

Not sure if how many of you know of Brian, but he is one of the top affiliates for GDI. He makes 1000+ every week, and is really serious about this! Basically he is wanting his own Spiderweb Marketing System, but better! The back end just needs to track the affiliate ids, and contact information ect. So say i have my aff link as marketingsystem.com/shudogg

when people join through that, it tracks the id so I get credit in the programs they sign up for like GDI, CJ, ect.

The marketing system is going to be free to the end user.

Brian is extremely serious about this. I have spoken with him over the phone many times. He has been making tons of money through Spiderweb, then moved to just promoting GDI. He is ready for the next step, which is creating his own version of spiderweb, his own marketing system.
