[NEED] look for a web designer and/or programmer

I am an offline business consultant who would like to extend my service to my clients in the hospitality industry. Right now I need a web designer and/or web programmer to help me to build a customer web program for my clients. I can hire two separate people, one as a web designer and one as a web programmer or one person if he/she got both skills.
I prefer a WP webpage so it will be easy for me to maintain the site once it is up and running.

For programmer, I will need to design a landing page for customer review, there will be some logics behind it and I will also need a monthly report generator to get the statistics from the reviews and other third parties websites. I will PM you details of the project.
