Need Long-Term, Veteran Partner

I have come up with an idea, checked for competition, bought domain/hosting, started the website, etc. I have mentioned the idea to local friends, family, and random people to get ideas of pricing and who would use it. I found a fairly good market and would like to move forward with it.

What I want and may or may not find here is:

*Someone experienced in design, php/html/etc, SEO
*Someone willing to put in the work and time to make this happen
*Someone who can take my idea and code it on the website, I have most of it done through wordpress and it looks nice, but maybe we can think of something better?

I have a good target-market, relevant people who will help promote, etc. I just don't have the skills in the SEO and design aspects. I do have money to fund the project and pay for your time, or we can work out a profit-sharing program.

My niche is in the Health & Fitness field. Regardless, I need someone willing to partner long-term as this will produce great monthly income and has the potential to replace your current job.
