Need Logo Designer

I have a logo designer who always deliver beyond the dead line and end up hurting my credentials to my partner.

I would need logo designer who can deliver in approx 24 hours upon work given, and no upfront payment for every work that I pass to you.
Payment will only be send after confirmation of work complete. I need at least 2 variations per logo design.

Payment amount for each logo assignment can be fixed by you. and we will discuss. I have no issue with my iTrader result and had not been complain by any bhw member or any sort. Those who can't work under the scenario above can ignore this thread.

For those who can work under such scenario, please send a pm and your portfolio or sample work that you done before, particularly logo design.
And also your skype contact.

I have few logo works to disperse out. And I have projects every months to give to my designer.

I am CSO role for the company I work in, my relative also have IT company, and so do my friends etc.

To all those applying for this job, check the past posts of OP. He tend to disappear after he post the Hire a Freelancer thread. So, all those who work for him are advised to take an upfront payment. This is like his 5-6th thread, and all the past ended without any replies from him. So, you should better pray your hard work doesn't go in vain, if you don't receive a reply.
