No. Lets say for example your client base is weddings in Texas.

Targeted leads would get you couples in Texas who are interested in your photography services.

They will have requested more information from you and so would be waiting to hear from you.

You would get their data points such as name, phone number, email, location etc. Then you contact them to close the deal. These are called warm leads.

So how do you get the leads
 
We get our targeted leads because we either own or partner with a range of subscription based eZines. We pitch your service/product to all our subscribers who fit the demographic you requested. They are asked to register for more information with the data points (phone number, email, name etc) you requested if interested. We then give you those leads to follow up on. We can do this on a daily basis. Hence they are fresh, targeted warm leads, because they are expecting to hear back from you.
