need local business google ranking boosted, have questions

im new to all of this stuff, and i wanted to ask 2 things

1. i dont mind just paying for someone or a service where they guarantee rankings boosting, however we are a franchise and we dont have access or freedom with our website n stuff like that, only access our GMB

2. ive been hearing about the GPS spoofing stuff simluating drivers for boosting. i dont mind paying for a service to do this if theres a reliable one and its still a method that works. or i had 2 ideas for running my own setup, either a jailbroken phone with spoofing and detection bypasses etc or a GrapheneOS setup with multiple profiles n stuff idk
