Need list of specific Groups

Hey guys,
I am looking for a list of groups for getting traffic, but i need the groups which have people of different countries like America, Canada, Australia, England, etc. Many of you understand the reason why I am looking for such groups.
I tried to find out these group but didnt find them.
Plz help me out the way to get access to these groups

Try searching this "facebook big groups" on Google. You will find a lot of results!

There are 2 ways in my opinion,

Search groups as per technologies and see which one is popular in what country.
or try to look for local interest to country and that would lead you to the group.

Not Working !!
i have to create a account in mass planer and dont know why they are not accepting my Debit card so unable to create account over there.

Any other method ???

if its just countries you want just type things like xbox, iphone, whatsapp,ps4, buy and sell

to search for groups
