Need List Building Ideas?!

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for some ideas on quickly building up a good buyers list..I've done solo's and have drove traffic to squeeze pages through ppc and have tried safelist sites ( not much luck there people are just looking for credits ) I'm looking at reviews of list building services, I know most are scams, one I was looking at is called list builder pro ( did not have good reviews ) I wouldn't mind using a scraper but how would I import that into aweber? they don't allow it and would probably ban me if they found out

I'm running out of ideas and need help..any one know of good list services?? had success??
and no I'm not doing ad swaps yet, my list is only 500 subs I want to build up a little bigger first..

Does anybody know any good list services or really good blast sites? with so many resources out there I know there has to be some good ones amid all the scams just would like to know who's had success with what..

cant give you any idea but this site sells good email lists.they have packages based on category ,states ,profession etc

pretty sure isynergy is talkin about this site, right?

as with anything list building is all about targeted traffic. safelists are targeted to internet marketers only. if that is not your audience then stay far away from it, it will suk you in and waste yor time.

best list building method i have seen stems from paid traffic starting with adwords, believe it or not.

can you give me a little more info? maybe a site address? where did you get 350 mill records? sounds fishy
