Need link tracker like bit.ly....

Hey guys do you guys know of any link tracker site similar to bit.ly that will allow me to make multiple links for the same target URL?

Bitly to my knowledge I have to change the target URL each time just to get it to make a new bitly link url...

buy a domain for $0.99 or $10 then use your own script.

I don't know if this is any help, but you can have multiple links to the same target URL in bit.ly. Paster your link, the paste in again. You will either have two seperate links, or two clones. If this is the case, change of them to random text using the pencil icon.

you can just add ?1 ?2 ?3... to the end of the url and make it look different

Yep, this is what I do. It also works when building backlinks to places like social bookmarks .

I see you found a solution and I don't know how comfortable you are with these things but you can check out http://yourls.org/ and then just upload it and host your own. It's modeled almost exactly like bit.ly on the back-end and even refers to it a few times in the docs.

I almost never use link shorteners anymore since you can just make infinite links with one domain name that you own and direct it wherever you want it to go.

Another option is you can setup your own link shortener if you got a domain

Just adding ?1 and ?2 etc onto the end of the link then giving it to bitly again allows unlimited entries of the same URL...simple and did the trick!
