Need link exchange system

I think a long time ago, I saw a link exchange system.

Basically we install a wordpress login

Then we got backlinks. In return, we give backlinks. We got backlink credits based on the number of index sites in google and our PR.

I forget the system name. Anyone knows? Cordona, Campina, It starts with C and is an icecream name.

I am talking about a system. Not some manual link exchange. I got sites with 100k index in google. I want to exchange links automatically with say 100 k other sites?
