Need Legal advice.

Hello, guys

Long story short, I hurt my back like a year ago at a job site. I was out for almost 2 weeks. Went to jobs clinic, took therapy etc. Got nice check from insurance comp. But now I noticed that when I walk for long time my back n legs hurt like crazy, that is hard for me to go up the stairs. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done or am i elegible to any compensation or whatever. Mind you we were dealing with marble stones havy shit, n we were crew short. N boss knew stone was super heavy. I did not feel anything till next day. Had to stay in bed almost a week could barely move. N now i think shit is coming back. Will appreciate your advice. .

The check you received is it on behalf of the company your work for? If not and your appointment with the company states that they will be liable and compensate for injury, which I think should be the case, then you should make a request for compensation as soon as possible.
