Need Landing Page for my New Journey in 2015

I have not got much success in learning to make a Landing Page. I now want to buy directly from little of my savings from BHW. I would be doing CPA offers from CPAlead and using Landing pages first to get the people to land there.

Things I need from Seller:
1. Landing Page
2. Also to teach me how to host the Landing Page.
3. Also some minor revisions if my friend with whom I am going in JV asks.

I would pay $20 and this would be a recurring service if everything goes well.
Interested person can send me demos of previous work and how much time would take to complete making a Landing Page.
