Need Landing Page Example for PPC, PPV, 7Search etc... (email submit or zip submit)

Hi Guys,

I want to get into CPA but I'm not 100% clear what an optimal landing page should look like. Can someone post an old one they don't use or one that they think works so I can model my first one from it.

It will help if I don't have to start from scratch but look at examples.

Get a windows VPS, install the adware and then browse sites. Click the pop-unders and then look at the landing pages. Copy, change, upload, profit.

search Google for ( free landing page )
you can find free WordPress landing pages
you can find regular html landing page and all is free

You can try to go to themeforest and find a good landing page. Than google it : "Template Name" themeforest download

haha, I think this is the only post on the web where someone's asking for adware
