Are you in a country that does not work with kindle sales? Did you have a publishing account but got banned?
We'd have to know the risks.

I agree with the remarks above. Can you explain why you are looking for someone else to publish for you? Are you looking for expertise so you can make the most money, don't want to be bothered with it yourself, or are there other issues we need to know about first?
