I think OP meant is that he needs a Kids Niche for a YouTube video(cartoon, animation, etc) because I think he will be making a Kids Channel. Not necessarily for monetization but he needs a niche that is not blocked world wide (or not blocked in some countries).

IDK that's just how I understand it. Correct me if I'm wrong lol
