Need Keyword Researcher

I'm looking for a full time keyword researcher for my adsense sites.

I'm building Micro Topic Authority type sites Targeting at least 10 closely related keywords per site.

Some Examples For Main Keyword Would Be:

"Green Tea"
"Kitchen Cabinets"

These type of keywords can be easily expanded on and is what I'm looking for of course I'm looking for easier to rank keywords.

What I need is someone that can find a Main keyword and 10 sub keywords all with at least 1,000 exact searches a month and a minimum of $1 cpc. The competition needs to be low to mid as I'm wanting to rank the sites pretty quickly.
