I have a client that would like to find additional keywords for their existing site. Its in the real estate niche (naturally more specific then just that term ) and I am looking for somebody with experience in the field of keyword research.

I've got a custom tool to scrape keyword suggestions from Google Keywords Tool -> Scrape Serps for Each Keyword -> Spits out a CSV report showing targets with high opportunity from a searches vs competition point of view (checks PR / backlinks / total competition / couple other points...)

Keyword research is one of those things which if you want it done properly, do it yourself. Most people from my experience will just take your money for nothing really, there is plenty information about keyword research on BHW, you would be better of learning. My thoughts...
