Need JV for Movie Site

I just built a movie site and I'm adding content every day, but because I'm always at work and don't really have time to work on SEO, I'm looking for someone to help me work on this site and hopefully be a long-term partner with me on this project.

This site is fairly new (About 2 weeks old) and gets around ~50 UVs a day, and that's with just 10 movies to start it off in the SERPs. I've been working on SEO more lately, and haven't had time to do much more content.

In summary, I add content, you bring traffic and build SERPs. We split earnings 50/50.
