Nobody going to go int a JV with someone with a negative rep
Also Content and buying website and hosting is the easy part
so unless you have found a very easy to rank niche
no SEO guy going to work with you

So first you should give some inclination on how hard the keywords are to rank

This has now become the trend in BHW.. where people ask for SEO/traffic for a 50% JV. Doing SEO and driving traffic is where the business happens and the real money is spent.. I don't think you will get a real expert from here to help you out. You neither have the reputation nor present a viable JV for getting quality partners
