Need junk traffic to bring down EPC

Trying to stay under the radar by bringing down my epc.

I've been searching the forum, dp, google and can't seem to find a solid place to get traffic. For every good review I find a bad review.

I don't need a lot of traffic. Maybe 100+ hits a day. But I need a service I can throttle and make it look believable.

Sorry if this always gets asked. I just need some solid recommendations. What about revisitors or findology?
