Need Joomla expert to solve me canonical tag urls problem (duplicate content)

Hey BHW.

On my new site i have problems with duplicate content. Basicaly tags in articles have separate urls and they are showing same page as original articles.
Example:

mysite.com/article1

mysite.com/component/tags/tag/4-article1

So this second one is pointing at same article ofcourse and now i have multiple duplicate content problems with all tag urls in all articles.
I heard you can add some code (ref=canonical) to the head of each article so google ignore those crappy urls and focus on my article url.

I hope someone here can help because i need to fix this asap. Reply here with your offers please.
