Need Investors for Local Businesses - Get as much as 10 - 20% Profit Per Month

Hello,

Still looking for investors, get at least 10% - 20% profit per month.

Business we have put up this month(2nd week of June - 2nd week of July):

2 Internet Cafe on 2 different municipalities, investors getting 21% of their income just for the month.
1 Mini Convenience store, investors getting 15% income for the month.

We can pay investors weekly or monthly profit depending on what they want.

I am willing to take on test investors for $20, and will also allow a MOD or at least 2 - 3 reputable Junior VIP/Donor to test this JV by giving $20 bonus from own pocket and test for a month getting profit weekly.

Contracts will be given to investors, payment is weekly or monthly.

Online portal to track online investment and withdrawal will be available within a week, my Web Development team is working on the portal.

I think you would make things alot easier for yourself and people concidering investing with you if you just gave a flat return rate. I am speaking from an investors point of view. You as the lender know your returns and your risk so you know what return you can set for your investors and only lend on terms that work for you.

Just a suggestion. I will be interested in your setup and portal if you flaten out your return rate. I live part time in the Philippines myself so helping businesses there would be something I would be interested in atleast in a small way at first.

Hello Brian,

Thanks for the suggestions. As you know, local businesses profits tends to change every week. So we cannot give you a flat rate. What we can offer though is at least 5% every month at minimum and can increase anytime because of the changes in revenue every month.

Nahh, if this is an HYIP i would have guaranteed you 100% in a month. This is a real business venture, real offline businesses. I am even sending contracts to investors, and I cannot just waste my reputation here.

Hello,

I don't think that is the only basis for reputation. I have an outsourcing company which has about 120++ VA's. I make my living online and I have a business which relies on my reputation on forums.
