sadly there is no freeware mate and as you know free email senders are limited to 1000 or 100 daily emails only.
if you know your stuff simply download PowerPMTA recent version setup on any VPS and use it.
if not simply goto any company i think for 1000 mails they would easily charge you 15$ per month.
