I always love this kind of comments from people who can't code. :D They actually believe they are going to get lesser quotes. :)

And remember the answer,
$$$$$$$$ should be no problem for anyone that knows their business. :p

glad you enjoyed it
i got that info from a friend of mine who is a programmer but not fluent with the specific language
i hope you feel horribly and miserably wrong now
thanks for your help

Garko,

From what i have read , you have a ROR ( Ruby on Rails) application or maybe just written in Ruby and connected with a mysql database managed through PHPMYADMIN. Now you want the editing to be front end rather then from the database interface.

Contact me if I am along the right lines. As for time, i doubt it would be a 2-3 hour job as that will depend on what needs to be done.

i'm guessing its a script that runs on ruby (cause thats what the last person knew) and the configurable options are stored in mysql and hence using PMA to run it atm.

So Garko wants a frontend coded up so he can then either sell/rent/cpa-block it.

Garko, i can do any of these tasks for you, i am extremly proficiant with the lamp family and could even provide you with a place to host your bot if you are considering renting/offer blocking it.

Alternatively, if you did want the current bot extended with ROR i could also achieve this for you. I would recommend keeping the frontend separate if you plan to scale this up, so you can use the same db then thread bot if it becomes necessary.
