Hey there

I have a 3k account and I want to start using Instagress on it.

Do I need a proxy on my Instagram account from now or something to run it without problems?

Is it safe?

no proxy if you only have one account

You won't need a proxy if you have one account. Unless you have around 3 or more it's fine using just one ip for it.
