Need Instagram mention bot created

I need someone to make me an insatgram mention bot.
Needs the basic features such as:
Proxy support
Scrape usernames
Options to select how many usernames are mentioned in each comment
etc.

I have more detailed features that i want to discuss so let me know if you are able to create this top of bot and we can discuss further.

Note:
I have already tried to be scammed by one person via paypal and it did not work in their favour. So if you can't accept paypal services payment then do not apply.
