need instagram expert - unable to post comment

hi,
i got outdated bot i was trying to fix it and it doesnt works, it features 10 mention as a comment for a photo
so it does promote a photo with mentions, well i realize later i discover new bug, after around 12~35 comments
per account bot once the bot comment http protocol replay "unable to post comment."

senarios (bot use web http protocol not api with client code id)
bot first time login
bot does get the photo id from any bot once a time
bot do collect and scans hashtags for users to save the db once by ur command

bot do comment over and over again

bot dosent do follow or like or any thing else maybe that effect the reason not sure,
thats why i show the senarios

bot is devoloped in php code

so far i discover 1 of the reason is daily limitation of the mentions in the media
kinda there is around 130 mentions per bot
