Need Input on SEO Technique

First off, thank you for being patient as I'm a longtime BHW user but usually I just go for the marketplace side of things.

I run a site that is an annual niche service. We operate from May through September selling a service, and usually we end up ranking between 1 and 3 for one specific keyword though about two months of prior (about $850 worth) of SEO packages from the marketplace. Mainly social signals and high PR backlinks. Unfortunately, around the end of month 3, we always get the notification in Webmaster Tools that there are unnatural inbound links to our site. We end op switching our domain name yearly and we always lose reputation in the industry (brand loyalty is key) because people don't recognize our new domain name.

So here's what I plan to do:
I will purchase two relevant buffer domains and point all packages at those and then link to my main site on the buffer domains, so that my main site (the one that we actually want to rank) is pushed into the #1 position again.

However, I'm not really sure what I should put on the buffer sites (content wise) and what the best practices are.

I've been searching around on BHW but I couldn't find anything that really outlined how I could go about avoiding the 'unnatural inbound links' problem. So this is what I've come up with.

Can someone offer any advice on whether or not this is the correct way to handle this?

Why not just use a 301 redirect? Once you get the warning, you stop redirecting that domain and get a new one to 301 and build links to. Your money site URL is shielded and you can keep using the same one year in and year out.

That sounds like a good idea...So point links at buffer-urls, and 301 the buffer sites to my main site? I guess I had the misconception that this would not cause my main URL to rank.

Also, what do you think of the shitty (and cheap) threads like this to help build some sort of reputation on brand-new urls? /blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/729805-get-you-5-000-high-google-page-ranking-3-9-do-follow-backlinks-20-a.html

Well 301ing will also pass the penalty sooner or later.
There are 2 solutions
1) Book all the TLDs for your business. Clients can still understand change in TLDs.
2) Sales Funnel Technique - Make few buffer sites and para site sites. Make it as a landing page funnel the traffic to your main site. The content can be like review/testimonials or simply a landing page with branding of your website.

I second this. Parasites are really very easy to rank and can be recreated if in case they get tanked .Funnel all traffic to your site from all the properties you build. If your niche is not very competitive, parasites can own the whole first page.

301 redirect may pass the penalty to your money-site, so it won't be a good idea in long term.

I think the parasites sound like a great idea to me.

The entire process is automated so it's not hard to duplicate and run a ton of secondary sites.
