if its giving you trouble and don't want the authorities to handle it, then its better if flag/report the fake account. maybe hire someone who have enough facebook accounts to take it down.

no one can know that unless the law authorities are involved. Or maybe hire an ethical hacker known to you.

report the account and contact support team .I Highly doubt you would be able to find out who did it
