i am total newbie in terms of money making... 
I need few info regarding cpa...
if i am not wrong cpa involves completing survey...
ex :- I have a website.. and i am offering a product... the product is hidden in the second page.. to go to the second page people have to complete a survey.. without completing the survey he/she cant go to the second page.. Can this be done by CPA ???
If Yes.... which is the best CPA network at the moment.. (Legit + good offers + easy and quick to join + supports custom skins )
and what are the requirements needed to be approved...
