Need info about adsense

I know we can use hosted account with youtube and monetize youtube videos.
But if i have nonhosted account it is generally used with user websites.
So i want to know whether non hosted will work with youtube or not?

You can, but as of April 2017 you can only monetize if your channel has more than 10000 lifetime views.

I already know that monetization will only be accepted when your channel has reached 10.000. views.
I am asking whether i can use non hosted account with youtube?

Hosted account: Ads can be shown only on Google sites like Youtube, Blogger etc.
Non-hosted account: Ads can be shown on any site (including Google sites) that complies with Adsense policies.

non hosted is the better account ... you can use them on webpages and you tube.

adsense banned me from youtube i still need only 4 dollar to withdraw money . should i start blogger ? i'm wondering if this ban will affect approval for blogger ?
