Need in depth SEO audit, off and on page

I am needing a professional SEO audit---we can start page by page. I have had already several done, but I am still not getting the results after 8 months of tweaks and very high grade link building. (harvard.edu and similar, high end guest posts). I need some deep level thinking, and not just a standard report showing the routine meta data. I have also done CORA reports and implemented, with minimañ impact on rankings. It is an 8 year old site. Need to order by the end of the year. really needing something effective.
