Why not you make on your own. As far as i know Imacros does nt need something technical

Hootsuite can post post on facebook pages,accounts and if i am not wrong can post on group too
Hi there my friend. I have been after something that works for a long time. Can you please help me?
I am wanting an automated system that on Facebook if i click on for e.g. group1 then i upload a picture and then paste text then click upload. Then go to group2 then do the same then group3 etc

hootsuite is also good but they allow only on page not in groups, we need a bot for groups.

hootsuite allow groups post , but it take $10 for 100 groups/pages
