Need IG accounts Phone Verified (thousands)

I have thousands of IG accounts that need to be phone verified...not sure how to complete this step. Either someone does it for me or help me get my hands on thousands of sim cards! I have my own IG account creator tool with proxies and such but I am stuck at getting them PVA
