Need ideas how to sell cheap employees

Offer employees:

- 50 English speakers
- 50 non-English speakers

We can offer these workers very cheaply.
The skills of these employees are basic can do simple work without problems (remote work)

Does anyone have any idea how we can use these workers profitably.

Surely these peoples skills can be defined better than "not speaking English", do they have a language they DO speak?
So I'm not entirely sure where you have these poor souls chained up, but i would go the agency route.

Focus on their strengths as individuals and take on the responsibility of representing their talents, and pay them accordingly

Joking , there was a service provider here who were renting his talents , you can do the same , Set the salary you want for you/them and open a BST thread , if the work is good you can get some nice paychecks with 100 employees .
Your only job will be being sure the work is being done on time and being sure your customers are satisfied
