Hi, little info, I have pretty good skills in Data visualization/Data analysis/Scraping/Scripting. (Experience in full-time jobs and side-projects)
And I want to turn it into an agency or a business just do not know yet what to offer/what is needed.
As I understand there is two ways, am i missing something?:
1) Find clients -> do work myself -> outsource if needed -> scale
2) SAAS
Alternative: write scripts to make my IM journey easier/more automated
What would you do with those skills or maybe some insights from self-experience?
And also, would you personally use someone with those skills in your IM journey? What would you use it for?
P.S. If you need some work done message me, I would be willing to work for free if it contributes to my personal IM journey and gives me knowledge
