I'm not a developer . We are a group of friends with money and we are trying to use this money to start a business that has room to progress . I mean we can simply go and open a restaurant but I want more . I want something which is new in the country .

I'm not sure in which field you are looking for. That could be on the digital side or might be in the industrial sector or could be in real estate. Conduct a startup forum in your locality. People will come with their ideas and if you like it just make a deal with them and invest.

I think if you can't come up with a startup idea yourself in general you shouldn't do it.
Do market research, read books but try to come up with the idea yourself and then evaluate if you will actually do it without any earning for at least 3 years or not.
