I'm mostly interested in bots that can handle tasks like backlink indexing, web 2.0 posting, and generating social signals. Basically, anything that can save time and make SEO work more efficient would be really helpful.

How about a bot to monitor public job listings for specific keywords, or maybe track product availability/price changes on certain e-commerce sites? Simple, but can save a lot of time for legitimate purposes.

There are already monitoring tools like RobotAlp for this.

A bot that automatically replies "there's already a tool for that" to every suggestion in threads like this 
But seriously, how about a SERP volatility monitor? Pings you when your tracked keywords move more than X positions. Most rank trackers only update daily/weekly, which would be handy to catch algo tremors in near real-time. Ahrefs does it, but expensive.

Sort of, tools like SEMrush Sensor or Algoroo track overall volatility across thousands of keywords. But they won't tell you if your specific money keywords just tanked while the rest of the SERPs are calm. Different use case really.

It’s actually a good idea, but wouldn’t you first need to have a keyword monitoring SaaS and then build on top of that?
